  • We are committed to making deliveries within the timeframes stipulated in the Payments and Shipping section for all products available for express delivery.
  • If the customer requests a specific type of model that includes detailed features such as expandable case colors, etc., it will be considered unavailable for express delivery.
  • If the customer does not specify special features about the model, such as case colors, gold tones, expandable materials like leather, steel, or rubber, and other variations in models, the requested model will be sent with available features.
  • If there is any problem with the delivery of a shipment, the customer will be informed of the issue, the estimated delivery time, as well as the plans to compensate for the inconvenience of the shipment delay.
  • Plans to compensate our customers may include discounts, model exchanges, free shipping, as applicable.
  • For the warranty of your items to take effect, it is essential to register it upon receiving the shipment; you have only 48 hours after delivery to register your warranty; otherwise, you will not be able to claim the benefits it offers.
  • All products are guaranteed according to their features for the period and parts specified in their description. However, this does not apply to sensitive materials (rubber/leather/ceramics) or sensitive parts such as crowns, stones, hands, screws, bezels, ornaments, etc., as their condition depends heavily on the usage they are subjected to. For any reason, items that have been damaged, scratched, disassembled, or show signs of having been submerged (unless stated otherwise in their warranty) or any other activity that does not correspond to normal use will not be accepted for exchange.
  • If the item arrives damaged or broken due to mishandling by the shipping company, it must be reported within 24 hours and returned with all its parts; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.
  • For total satisfaction guarantee, you have the right to return the item, as long as it is returned in the exact condition it was received, without signs of use. This guarantee only applies when requested within the first 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • To make your warranty valid, you must send us an email describing the issue for which you request to activate your warranty.
  • If all requirements for validating your warranty are met, we will send an email with the destination address to which you will need to send the merchandise.
  • Once the return is received, a product inspection will be conducted.
  • If the inspection meets the warranty conditions, we will proceed with the repair, or a credit will be generated for the amount of your original deposit, which will be available for you to place a new order on the site.
  • The shipping to our office will be covered by the buyer, and the return shipping will be covered by us.
